    Oscar Delahoya is a *****

I think the guy has been riding his fanbase, milking PPV money from his fans for far too long. He has been a jr.middleweight for years now and the best he can do is pick out a guy from the jr.welterweight division? He couldn't even pick Malinaggi, who is younger and faster then Forbes. Too much of a risk.

And yes he is fighting the P4P best in Floyd in September, and undeservingly at that. Alot of people blaim Floyd but shouldn't we all be blaiming Oscar?

Afterall, everybody wants to fight him including Cotto for obvious reasons..$. Shouldn't Oscar be fighting guys his size like Winky Wright or Vernon Forrest, two guys from his generation, his age, who have been calling him out for years? Winky & Forrest are two great fighters who could help his legacy if he were victorious.

Even though those Fishnets photos were fake, it still doesn't change the fact that Oscar is a *****.

He really sets the boxing world back which is even more disapointing.

This isn't like Floyd-Baldomir because Baldomir was offering him the same amount of money + it was for the welterweight championship. Hell Baldomir's resume was more (might even still be) impressive then Margarito's at the time because Margarito didn't have Clottey on it yet.

De La Hoya however just goes for the big money fights. It's fine that he fought Floyd the first time or whatever, but he lost pretty convincingly and should just move on.

It was obvious that Floyd wanted the rematch since the end of the last fight, so no, Oscar deserves no blame for that.

I'm not sure who he should fight other than Forbes. Judah maybe? I think the fight is going to be at 154 or around there, so Malinaggi probably is an even easier target than Forbes. A bigger guy is too risky given his match against a world class fighter like Floyd coming up, that is reason enough not to fight wright or forrest.

Now AFTER the fight with Floyd, I think a matchup with Forrest would be a good retirement fight. Wright is too boring, thats no way for a legend like Oscar to go out.

his entire fan base is based around the fact that (women think) he's a good looking heterosexual male

                  .
Then why not take it right away insted of fighting Hatton? I'm sure Floyd wants the rematch, but Oscar sure as hell does too.

I agree, DLH is holding our sport back big time!
I was once a fan of DLH still am.. he has just dissapointed me soo much lately.
He needs to either fight Forrest or Winky like you said or retire.
