    Disgraceful alphabet ratings

Over the years I've been pretty upset over the ratings from the alphabet-boys.

The latest example being the IBF (infamuosly known for corruption). It's the case of Mikkel Kessler. Kessler is arguably the 2'nd best SMW in the world. If you made the case for Calzaghe being a LHW he is THE best.

When Kessler was WBA/WBC champion he was unrated by the IBF. Ok. Thats their policy. Now that he has lost his belts to Calzaghe the IBF surely will rank him in their top 3 right? He is rated at.... (drumroll please....) ... nummmbeerrrr EIGHT! What!!!!!!!

    Thats apauling.

Please bring some other insane examples to the board and I'll pass a beer.

Here's a radical idea - how about having one REAL belt for each weight class.

How about Winky Wright? He is the #4 Middleweight in the WBO, but only #6 in the WBC and IBF. On the WBA...unrated. Of course they have Raul Marquez at #8.

If you hold a title you become unrated by the others.

A worse case is there being two WBA 168lb champions and 3 WBA 200lb champions.
