  • Wlads holding tactics

In the Peter fight Wlad lunged in to hold and clamp himself on, he hooked his arm around Peters on the inside and the other around his kneck and leaned on, the referee was very complacent in letting that go before warning him in about round 10.

I lost count after 95 holds,

Yeah I agree Wlad uses holding as a tactic but I blame Manny for training him to do it since his chin was exposed.

He has to hold, he can't fight on the inside, if he doesn't hold someone would get to that chin and it's good night Mr. Klitschko.

the holdig tactics are negated by peter's dirty boxing tactics.

don't bring up one side without bringing up the other.

and bringing this gay **** up now - i hope nobody else repsonds this this post.

Peter was initiating a lot of the holding. After Wlad staggered Peter with the powerful left, he grabbed Wlad and almost pulled him to the canvas.

In that fight, Peter should have been disqualified for his repeated illegal rabbit punches.

Wlad was lunging in and trying to hold, as he does so he would turn his head away hence why as Peter tried to punch him it was the back of Wlads head that was towards him! If you turn your back you can expect that or to be thrown out by the referee for turning your back.

this is my last response to this idiotic thread. if wladimir's movement was the sole cause of peter's rabbit punches, then peter wouldn't have been known for rabbit punches as being his trademark punch long before the fight.

I dont mind so much if Wlad holds in a tough fight but he seems to do it excessively even when he is winning the bout easily.
