i am conducting an expirement right now on if weighted shadow boxing effects speed, power, stamina and technique, ill let you know f there is any immediate results next thursday.

weighted training is o.k. but it can have negative results if you do it everyday. Be careful or you will start to get tight from your arms. Also , you can just use heavier gloves while sparring or dong bag work and its better. Remember a boxer has long slender muscles not bulk, bulk slows you down and reduces the snap on your punches.
