Just thought I'd post in light of all the hate he's been receiving on how he spends his money, dude is a real ***** and anyone who can't see that is buggin, it's obvious that Floyd fights for money but I can't be mad at him for fighting Oscar again for money when he's doing **** like this for the sick and needy people, Floyd is a class act. fighting Oscar De La Hoya again is something I dreaded for a while, even came on here and was tite as **** but I now realize that he is being the professional he is by fighting him and attempting to beat him this time without the SD mark at the end, I see that not only is this a big money fight for Floyd but a chance to erase any slight blemish people might try to attach to his name like "Oscar beat him" or "it was a draw", now he has not only a chance to duplicate the millions he mad last year but a chance erase all that foul talk that followed after..
don't get me wrong I would MUCH rather see him fight Cotto but if in order for that to happen he has to go threw De La Hoya again to secure a mega pay day then **** it I'm all for it, it'll give time for the other champions to unify and leave Floyd 1 solid opponent, whomever that may be, to gather all the title and face the that man in a unification bout.. all this being said I realize I was pissed about the **** but I had my time to think on it and I realized that sometimes there's more than meets the eye, before anything Floyd is a competitor and he wont pass up a multi million dollar fight with Cotto just like that especially when he knows he will always be ridiculed and taunted for it, just 1 comment from Ricky Hatton brought him out so imagine a built up hyped fight with Cotto in 2009? it sucks we have to wait that long but I figure at this point where in his mind he soon wants to retire I think he's just playing his cards right and trying to make the most money possible from Boxing so once he turns away there's no looking back..
but this right here is for those ****y *******s that think just cuz he spends crazy money that he don't do good with it too, he has his fun but his heart is where it belongs as long as he's doing **** like this.
