Need Urgent Help!!
well you see i have a problem. i have heard recently that if u use dumbells and you do the normal well know up and down motion then you are working the biceps, but i have also heard alot of doctors say that if somone builds up their biceps with a wheight (dumbells) then they will find they have a strong grip but they will find it difficult to snap their arm back out. why is this. it is because for the bicep to work smoothly the tricep(muscle on the underarm) also need to be built up equally thats because they both work together.
my question is how can i use a dumbell to work my triceps?
and also does anyone know of a sire that tells you how to work out each muscle of the body effectivley and gives info on all this stuf??
