just found a trainer but weary about him, i was wondering if anyone can help me out with a routine i can do everyday to be ready for comp. i would like to be ready by june-july any help would b great

Why not ask ya trainer. We can't say anything having knowing nothing abotu ya (height, weight etc.) But do a lot of running.

u cant train yourself its too difficult and u'll pick up bad form, why ru wary of this trainer is it his approach to an aspect of training or his personality or what? but if u wana fight u need a trainer
