Cotto fighting Gomez = biggest disgrace of 2008

Seriously, this **** is really bothering me. To me, it almost ****s up the entire momentum of another great following year in boxing. We have WWs running from each other and opting to fight former Contender stars called Alfonso Gomez instead of fighting each other (That means no Cotto-Williams).

Anybody looking to defend this deserves, imo, to be banned from watching boxing.

Cotto is killing time while Floyd works up the courage to fight him.

                  PLAIN and BASIC COMMON SENSE.

We all know the day Mayweather dares to step in the same ring as Cotto will never come. At least Gomez has the balls to fight him and we all know he won't run from Cotto either.

Gomez at 147lb is a tougher fight than Hatton 147lb.
