buddy mcgirt...do his fighters *ever* win?

I've noticed that whenever I see Buddy Mcgirt in a fighter's corner he is almost guaranteed to lose. In fact, I don't believe I've ever seen one of his fighters win...and I do watch a fair amount of fights.

Nevertheless, Buddy is apparently regarded as a world class trainer, and he seems to be a fixture at major fights.

What am I missing? Why is he so highly regarded?

most of them dont listen.. hes a good trainer..
