Best Adaptive Fighter Out Of These 3

Joe Calzaghe - Isolated and controlled Mikkel Kessler's superb boxing ability

Juan Manuel Marquez - We saw his adjustment to Manny Pacquiao's left hand in their epic bout and adjusted well to Marco Antonio Barrera's game plan

Floyd Mayweather - Was presented with a new challenge and style in Hatton and was able to direct the pace of the fight in the later rounds to ultimately position Hatton for a knock out.

Floyd could probably adapt to Joe and beat him p4p.

As impressed as I was with Floyd, just because he can foul on the inside doesnt mean he can adapt. Calzaghe will outbox a boxer, outbrawl a brawler and completely dominate anyone while he does so. Floyd has changed style once in 39 fights, Joe did it more times than that in one fight vs Kessler.

Joe has many styles and uses all of them to beat different opponents. Juan is good at making an adjusment to aid in his own potent offensive arsenal to come out victorious. Floyd can fight inside outside on the ropes anywhere in the ring that he has to to come out victorious. Let's just remain in awe of the great ring generals.

Calzaghe....Marquez is my boy but he's had problem wit the same kind of fighters....fleet footed fighters who can land a pitter-patter in his face and then get out of the way of his counters...freddie norwood very close fight, chris john even though i think he won and MAB for the first 6 rounds
(after that it was a wipeout for marquez...)...

I'd have to say Floyd. The way he controlled Hatton and used his own tactics against him to win. And this was supposed to be a fighter that prior to the fight wouldn't be able to cope (according to Graham and Hatton) with Hatton come fight night.
