I think it's just a matter of time... eventually it will show on your midsection too. About you losing muscle mass, maybe you're dropping weight to fast? Try to lose like 2-3 pounds a week.

Your traininf right if you lose about 1-2lbs fat a week, more isnt natural. Itl come back fast and if you lose more it probably isnt fat.

all I've been doing is some intense rope jumping and eating less, I've been eating 2 meals, one big meal and another lighter meal and i've lost around 10 pounds in a period of 2 weeks. Like i said though i feel skinnier but my midsection is the same. My goal is to gain weight, about 15 pounds but lower my body fat % at the same time. I would appreciate if someone could give me an effective workout I can do and how long i should do it for instead of wasting money on a personal trainer.. if u need my body stat's ask
