Good supplement websites that i use are,

www.1fast400.com
http://www.proteincustomizer.com/formulas.html
www.bodybuilding.com

A really good forum to browse and learn A LOT about supplements and dieting is www.avantlabs.com - really good knowledgable people there.

www.bodybuilding.com has a good forum but a lot of younger peeps there and sometimes give the wrong info. But it is a good forum to browse too.

Tom, what do you know about making your own protein shakes? I can't understand what the **** any of those sites are talking about without putting an effort into learning what "Anticababltiisn" is. I am looking to buy some protein from a health store to mix in with milk and **** for cheap, home made protein shakes.

oh thats easy bro, buy whey protein, i usually put like 2 1/2 scoops of GNC protein and mix it with water, yields around 50g of protein...or you could mix the protein powder with yogurt which i also do. GNC protein takes pretty bad tho, i like Designer's flavors. I believe 1fast400 sells a 10lb bag of optimum nutrition whey protein for like 48 bucks i believe...not totally sure i have to check itout, i dunno how Optimum's flavor is, but i heard that GNC gets their protein from Optimum but people say the two taste really different.

Thanks man, I'll look for some locally. Any restrictions on how much? I know when you're taking more protein than your body needs you're ****ting out your own money...

Right now I'm in a losing weight stage. I've gone down from around 205 or 210 to 195 so far from basic exercise and diet, but I'm going hardcore on my diet right now for a few weeks hoping to get down to 190 by near end of April. I just want to make sure I am getting enough protein during this fat shedding part so my muscles are being maintained for my weight training which is going to pick up this coming week. Once I get down to around 180 I plan on eating more healthy stuff so I can bulk on muscle without the fat.
