Default sleep schedule equates to diet equates to workingout

I unfortunately have been waking up late lately.

because of this i start my work out at 2 and finish around 6 or 7.
this means i don;t eat till 6 or 7 at night.

this also means taht my chances of working out more than once a day are very limited.

when school starts again i will be waking up at 10 for class and won't have a chance to work out till after class or work dependsing if i work that day.

should i be waking up at like 8 or 9 then to work out?

I cannot box till the afternoon and i can;t box at all if i work that day.

I also have BJJ at night.

How much sleep are you getting? Between 6 and 8 hours is optimal, any more is surplus and of no real use. You cannot make up sleep, as in if you only sleep 3 hours one night, sleeping 13 the next doesn't balance you out.

I would try to get up earlier if possible and train before breakfast if I were you to cut down on the 4 to 5 hour afternoons you are having. They will catch up with you soon and you run the risk of hugely over training IMO.
