i have a bout on march 31st.. 2 weeks from now and i weigh about 172-174 and i have to get down to 165.. do you think it is possible to get down to that weight? in 2 weeks? what is the most weight i can possibly lose in 2 weeks excluding water weight

if your really a boxer , couldnt u just ask your trainer this. Im sure he has a better understanding of what you could lose than people who dont know u.

yeah and lose all your hard earned muscle

to lost almost 10lbs safely.. no it's not possible
you can lose about 6lbs of waterweight as long as you eat no carbs 24hrs before your weigh in
the other few you'd have to work your ass off and eat nothing but healthy ****
