The Times reports that Arum will be offering Cotto a career-high purse by some margin to fight Ricky Hatton for the IBO junior-welterweight title if both come through their June fights victorious.

Uh is Hatton going to try to draw him down to 140 so he can fight a weak Cotto like he wants to do with Mayweather? If so, this is BS. Cotto vs. the winner of that would be great, but it won't happen unless Castillo wins. Hatton wouldn't move up for Floyd so why would he for Cotto? -

Hatton stated some time ago that he would only go up to 147 for a fight against Floyd, so if this story is true... he has either changed his mind about only facing Floyd at 147 or Cotto is moving back down to 140.
