hey...does anyone know anything about cholesterol and how to reduce it, perhaps what "superfoods" exist to lower it and any other type of information

im researching to help someone who nearly died from a heart attakc and i dont want it to happen again obv....any help would be greatly appreciated

high cholesterol is useally due to inactivity,smoking,to much fast carbs and not mixing upp what your nutriton

honestly "eating healthy" will keep the cholestorol down. Everyone knows what that entails, it's just a matter of dispiline. Just watch out for cured meats (i.e. salami) they contain an ass-load of it, and a lot of people don't know it. Now to reduce it? Exercise, now your buddy seems to not be in great workout condition right now, so make sure he eats plenty of soluble fiber, that'll help. Honestly, if he had a heart attack, his doctor should be giving him plenty of advice, and I'm not doctor... yet, haha
