Colliander Tops Daniels in Sweden Card
Gothenburg, Sweden - Heavyweight Aldo Colliander won a deserved majority decision after four rounds (the maximum distance allowed by the Swedish Martial Arts Delegation) over former cruiserweight champ Robert Daniels in the headliner of New Sweden Boxing Promotion´s show at Scandinavium in Gothenburg. Aldo fought a cool, controlled fight in the first two but was under pressure in the last. He had a badly swollen, possibly broken, right hand and said afterwards he had hurt it in a sparring session the week of the fight but not told anyone. It was scored 39-37, 39-38 and 38-38. [details]
