Pacquiao-Mayweather would be better than Hatton Mayweather.

But Pacquaio would get cliped just like Hatton.

              Pacquiao-Mayweather transcript PART 2

              PART 2: Mayweather coverage

Narrator: The lifestyle of Mayweather is one of great pleasure and impulsive spending…

*Show Mayweather with a handful of $100 dollar bills in the second floor of a nightclub tossing them down one by one to the masses down on the 1st floor*

Narrator: After having spent most of his life boxing, the undefeated Mayweather told the media that he would at long last retire. His last victories in 2007 against Oscar de la Hoya and Ricky Hatton gained him an enormous amount of wealth…

*Show photo of Mayweather with all his belts after the De la Hoya fight, show photo of Mayweather being pushed aside by Cortez as Hatton stumbles to the canvas*

Lampley commentating: “Floyd Mayweather…has a knockout victory…over Ricky Hatton!”

Narrator: However, between every fight…Mayweather would hint at the possibility of retiring at the sport.

              *Clip of Mayweather with reporters*

Mayweather, Jr.: “I’m tired, I’m just so tired.”

Narrator: Despite a potential rematch with Oscar de la Hoya in late 2008, the fight was eventually cancelled.

Mayweather, Jr.: “I needed some time off to think to myself. To be honest, I was gonna’ take that rematch. But then all the comments about how boring it was gonna’ be, how I was takin’ an easy fight, how it was nothing more than a payday. No matter what I do, they always hate me, always. The more I accomplish, the more demanding they become. I could move up to middleweight, knock out Arthur Abraham and Kelly Pavlik in one round, move up to light heavyweight, do the unthinkable and knock him out in one punch in the first round, knock out Jones and Calzaghe (before he fought Roy) all in one round, then move up to heavyweight right now and knock out the Klitschko brothers in one round at the same time, they’ll still criticize: “Oh, he’s one dimensional…” **** you, mother****er…I’ve been boxing for years. and they’d be all like ‘Oh, nah. You still gotta’ capture all the title belts in all the divisions, while remaining undefeated. And if you so much as lose your zero by a one point split decision, they toss you out and call you ****. It’s ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous!”

Narrator: Mayweather’s retirement finally came to be on June 6th, 2008 as he vacated his numerous belts and walked off into the sunset with his unblemished record of 39 victories and 25 knockouts.

Lampley interviewed: “There have been few fighters, at least of my knowledge, that have retired and have been able to live with that. Felix Trinidad has retired a few times after his fights, and he’s come back with lukewarm success…Ray Leonard retired a few times before finally calling it quits. Marvin Hagler retired…and stay retired. Nobody blamed him and he is an all time great. He probably proved more in that retirement than he probably would’ve had he continued fighting…”

Merchant interviewed: “I think that…the legacy one leaves…a lot of it has to do with…your final performance. Mayweather retiring after his fight with Hatton…wasn’t a bad time to retire…he proved he was still a dominant force…he made a lot of money that year…but at a time where…there were several worthy opponents……retiring…caused fans to label him… a coward.”

*Show clip of Mayweather after a fight with a distraught face*

Narrator: Since his retirement, Mayweather faced other problems besides widespread criticism…

              *Clip of ESPN Sportscenter*

ESPN anchor: “Mayweather was robbed $7,000,000 in jewelry during this week. Here in this video a hooded man breaks into the home of the recently retired champ and steals the loot…”

Narrator: Then, in February 2009…more problems outside the ring, when he got into a fistfight with a man at a nightclub over financial disputes. Both men were arrested, but the man that fought with Mayweather sustained a serious injury on his right cheekbone…

*Clip of Mayweather being arrested and escorted to the squad car*

News reporter: “Do you have anything to say about the matter?”

News reporter #2: “Are you in financial straits?”

News reporter #3: “It was a check left hook, wasn’t it?!”

Floyd Mayweather, Jr.: “Damn right, Skippy!”

              Cop: “Watch your head…”

*Cop slowly places Mayweather inside the car*

Narrator: Before the matter could reach trial, the case was settled out of court. Then, in March...Mayweather was mugged as he was filming a video with what he thought were close friends…

Kellerman interviewed: “Mayweather is a very rich guy, and he loves to flaunt his money. The only problem was that he flaunted the money a little too much, and it was only a matter of time before someone tried to take that from him.”

*Clip of Mayweather on Larry King Live*

Larry King: “So let me get this straight…you were filming a video for youtube where you had…a large of how much money?”

Mayweather, Jr.: “Millions…I think it was two or three million.”

Larry King: “Okay, so you were doing what? Counting two and three million dollars in front of a camera for what?”

Mayweather, Jr.: “Well Larry, people are always sayin’ about how bankrupt I’m gonna’ be just because I retired from the sport. They think I made peanuts doing what I did, which was to beat all of my thirty nine opponents without ever losing a single fight. They think I’m making the average boxer’s salary…I’m not as rich as Oscar de la Hoya, but I’ve got millions and millions of dollars…”

Narrator: Despite the rocky situations that Mayweather has gone through, he reaffirms that he has taken this fight to prove his critics wrong yet again…and that it has nothing to do with money.

Mayweather interviewed: “Last year, Bernard Hopkins kicked Pavlik’s ass…kicked his ass! They made a big deal out of it…Floyd Mayweather keeps bringing the big fights, he keeps dominating, he makes it exciting when he puts his zero on the line…and nobody show him love.”

Roger Mayweather: “Lissen…Floyd retiyed…not becuz a’da money…not becuz he wuz bored of deh sport…how can you get tiyed of whoopin’ peopulz’ asses, hmm?............He got tiyed…becuz he didn’t have any fans. Thaz why he leff.”

Narrator: In this rare never-before-seen footage, Mayweather emotionally falls apart…

*Show home made video of Mayweather’s kids filming themselves a la Blair Witch project*

Mayweather’s son: “We gon’ wake daddy up!”

*Camera trembles unsteadily as the child arrives in front of Mayweather’s bedroom and opens the door slowly…where we see Mayweather on the computer, head buried in his hands and bawling*

              Mayweather, Jr.: “Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggg-hu-hu-hu-hu-hu-hu-hu-huuuuuuuuuu!!!”

              Mayweather’s son: “Whuz wrong, daddy?”

              *Mayweather wipes his tears*

              Mayweather, Jr.: “Nothing son. Nothing.”

              Mayweather’s son: “Whatcha’ doin’, daddy?”

Mayweather, Jr.: “Just reading, son. Go back to bed.”

              Mayweather’s son: “I’m not sleepy.”

*Camera shows what Mayweather’s reading on the computer: a thread on Boxingscene that reads: Floyd Mayweather is no Sugar Ray Robinson.*

Mayweather, Jr.: “They don’t love me.”

*Mayweather starts bawling again and clawing at the computer screen*

Mayweather interview: “Everybody sees me as a joke. They see me portray a villain in every one of my fights, they buy into it…and they think it’s all real. They think I’m this loud-mouthed, arrogant prick. I’m as nice as the next guy, but when you’re getting’ ready for a fight…you’ve got to get mentally prepared.”

*Clip of Mayweather hitting the speed bag*

Narrator: In late April, after numerous negotiations, a deal was reached between Bob Arum and Mayweather, both of whom had a general dislike for each other after Mayweather left Top Rank to pursue his fights independently.

Kellerman interviewed: “Everyone knew about Arum’s and Floyd’s friction, and maybe as a result of that, we missed out on fights that could’ve been and should’ve been.”

Lampley interviewed: “It’s understandable for Floyd to have felt like that. Here he is saying, ‘Hey, I got rid of you, the guy who’s supposed to be making fights for me, and now I can do your job and make much more in the process’, you were taking a lot of money for petty things.’ The business is like that and it’s unfortunate that because of his resentment, there were so many dream matches that could’ve been made.”

Narrator: The fight will be at a weight of 140 pounds, despite Pacquiao’s dominating performance at 147.

Hatton interviewed: “Now he moves down in weight?...Fookin’ ass! He should’ve fought me at that weight, I would’ve shown him something!”

Narrator: Mayweather’s return will mark his longest inactivity yet…and some are already questioning whether this, the weight and his age will be detrimental factors when he steps inside the ring.

Lampley interviewed: “If there is a clean vice that Mayweather has, it’s taffy.”

*Show clip of Mayweather lounging on the couch eating taffy and watching Pacquiao’s fights*

Mayweather interviewed: “I love me some taffy, man. Nothing sweeter than taffy…when I go the strip clubs, sometimes I give ‘em taffy…and they take it, ‘cause they know it’s good for you.”

                *Mayweather smiles and chuckles*

Mayweather interviewed: “Sometimes I ask them to rub their asses in taffy…they know it. They know I like taffy, they see the Ferraris, they see my ice, they know I got money. They know that if they wanna’ be tipped by MoneyMay, they better rub their ass in taffy!”

                Leonard Ellerbe interviewed: “Floyd…………”

*Loses his composure and starts guffawing after having heard what Mayweather said*

Roger Mayweather: “I toll him to leave that ****. He ain’t gon’ do nothin’ if he keeps stuffin’ his face with that mother****in’ candy…but dhen again, he ate a ****load a’ taffy before the Hatton fight, and whooped his ass, so......you know?”

Narrator: Back in the Hollywood, California...Team Pacquiao is hard at work training in the gym for the showdown on October 24th...

                TO BE CONTINUED...
