I can relate to a lot of your struggles. I was over 300lbs in my early 20s. Got all the way down to about 200lbs around 26. Got married a couple years later and got back up to over 250lbs. 33 now and been into boxing last couple years and I have got back down to 210lbs.
Someone said "keeping it off is the hard part"...couldn't be more true. I've learned that lesson so now I am very conscious of it.
What are the main changes you've made in terms of your diet?
