Bonecrusher Smith must be a good name because if you mention James Smith then few people will know who you are talking about.

As a young fan growing up in LA I remember names like Oscar "Shotgun" Albarado, Jesus "Little Poison" Pimental, George "Scrapiron" Johnson, Frankie "Too Sweet" Jennings, Ernie "Indian Red" Lopez, and Willie "Birdlegs" Jensen. Not all great fighters, but cool names.
