He should have that name after this fight. Before I go any further I would like to clear the air, I am a Victor fan. I believe he had all the equipment to beat Maidana. As many others have already posted he decided to brawl instead of box, which ultimately cost him the win. I think maybe the excitement of being a headliner on an HBO bout, along with the thousands of majority Mexican fans cheering him on. Lead to him wanting to go all out. He was clearly the lighter puncher here, if you can even say that. I did lose a little of respect for him though when he said he "is too young to get beat up that way." It's boxing not flag football. I think he should still fight though..
