Everybody is welcome to join in. Come test your ability to read a fight, analyze boxing styles, earn some coin, exchange witty banter and just have fun in general.

Rules:

Picking winning fighter = 3 points
Picking winning fighter's method of victory = 2 points
Picking round of KO/TKO = 5 bonus points

Nader Hamden v Junior Talipeau

Results for first round of fights:

Mundine wins a wide points decision over Medley. The Hamden and Talipeau fight ended in a disappointing 1st round technical draw after a headclash, with Hamden being unable to continue. I really hope there's a rematch for this one.

Everybody got at least 3 points for the Mundine victory, those who predicted a decision win were rewarded with an extra 2 points. Unfortunately we all missed out on the Hamden/Talipeau fight.

Interestingly enough I think Luevano can outbox JuanMa. He's pretty underrated (and JuanMa is overrated). The question is whether or not the judges will give him the decision in New York, especially with JuanMa being the more marketable fighter.

As such I think JuanMa and Gamboa will both win, Gamboa having the much easier fight and winning by KO in say...5.

JuanMa I think, wins a close and controversial decision.
