    boxing troll I'm assuming.

Dos Santos is also good at BJJ(as are all Brazilians). You CANNOT be only good at one thing and be a UFC champ right now.

Edgar is able to strike against non strikers because he can keep the fight standing up. Doesn't matter how could your striking is, If a fighter cannot defend a takedown or defend the bottom position on the ground, their striking skill won't matter. Thats why so many boxers and kick boxers who come into MMA without a ground game, end up having losing records.

You'll admit a water tight takedown defence and A level (for MMA) stand up will get you a long way in MMA. Someone like Liddel was the archetype for it until he got old and chinny. Most of these fights on the ground end up as choke holds through exhaustion, but guys that are hard to take down are less vulnerable to it so it can be nullified and turned into a straight stand up battle. MMA fans don't even like the ground wrestling, they want to see fists and kicks.

Congrats to Dos Santos always knew he'd be great, that being said when Brocks done with Overeem next month it'll be Easier for him to get the belt back then it would have been with Cain.
Dos Santos and Overeem lack the Gas tank to hang with Brock or Cain if they use their Wrestling to wear em out an finish on the ground....which Brock said he would have done.
it should be an entertaining 2012 in the HW divsion with Cain and Brock Rematch, and Dos Santos vs Overeem type of fights.

Ive supported JDS to win this fight for ever.

JDS should also steamroll Lesnar but will get KO'd by Overeem. Overeem is an experienced and legit opponent unlike Lesnar and Cain. Overeem is also the best kickboxer in MMA and most easily the best kickboxer in the UFC.
