      It's poor to decent. I'd say it sometimes looks worse because he fights in a way that doesn't seem to suit him, He tries to fight like the older version of Mayweather without any of the technical brilliance, grace, or ring awareness. You'd think a guy with his hand speed, age, and athletic prowess would be a much busier/frenetic fighter using footwork and explosive combos to keep his opponents in trouble. Nope, he wants to sit back and play defensive wizard/master boxer while repeatedly getting popped in the mouth and getting outworked for shelling up and being shamefully inactive during rounds. Let's put it this way, the two best guys he faced had no problem landing leather on him at all. Hell, even Paulie and Ponce found home all night against him.

          Offense = B-
          Defense = D+

          Status = gatekeeper on the way out

            His defence is terrible.

            He tries to shoulder roll, but he has no idea how to properly use it. Similar to when Berto tries the shoulder roll, he leaves himself wide open and gets caught with just about everything.

            The big problem is he gets hit from every angle: straights shots, hooks, clubbing shots over the top...He's open to everything.

              Clinching when done moderately is a form of defense, but when done excessively it becomes cheating with the aid of the ref. So the opponent is basically fighting two opponents. And I mainly blame the effing ref for this because we'll never know what would happen if he does his job. The clincher would be forced to fight for his life and who knows he might display inside skills he never knew he had.
