Well if Joe Calzaghe is top 20... I suppose Manny Pacquiao has to be top 30.

the best way to gauge pac's rank on the atg list is... the easiest way to put it, pac will be at least 10 to 11th place in front of fraud mayweather jr.

for example if fraud jr is at # 20 on the atg list then pac should be at # 10 or 9.

I'll cast my vote after the Mayweather-Pacquiao trilogy.

                  You know its coming.

He won't be fully appreciated until 20-30 years from now when people realize the rarity of what he did. Flyweight-welterweight....

To put it into perspective, it's like seeing a small guy like Magdaleno at 122 go to 147...or Oscar Valdez go to 147.

Or consider this,..Pacquiao and Lomachenko are close to the same size. PAC's walk around weight is about 2 lbs more... Given that Pac is older, that's natural. They're comparable in size.
