James Toney in my opinion.

It just has to be Toney. His career is light-years better, & both were terrific fighters in their own right, at their respective best. Tyson perhaps ranks higher in the all-time standings as a Heavyweight, exclusively, than does Toney in any single division he campaigned in (excepting Super-Middle, which has a limited history), but Toney has such an advantage in career accolades, it can hardly be ignored.

Toney had a great career.
