No, he didn't sleep on trout. He knew the winner would get Canelo Alvarez, and Cotto tried his hardest, But trout was too slick for him. The reason why Trout is getting overlooked in a rematch is because of his last two fights. BTW the Canelo fight was a Robbery. And he did get schooled by Lara. That is some tough competition Trout faced. After Cotto lost to Trout, he fought a tune-up Delvin Rodriguez and a shot to $h1t Sergio Martinez. I think Trout faced the tougher competition. You can't deny it. It Doesn't Matter If Freddie Roach is in Cotto's corner, Trout vs Cotto is an all around mismatch for Cotto
