Do not buy any Paul Vanuk tapes from century martial arts.
They ****ed him on his contract and he getno money for them anymore. Plus he is starting to make new sets of tapes.
He is going to be in Black Belt mag soon with the head of my martial arts system. Ill let you guys know when its coming out
