    BMI - 19.7
    small bone frame (like that of a teenager)
    21 yr old
    171cm/57.5kg or 5'7/126.5lbs
    very low fat, if visible at all..
    relative to boxing, should i try to gain weight at all?

    If you're feeling good where you're at, stay there!

    Your height is a big advantage (5''7 126 lbs!!)

    Edit : You could try having a BMI in the norms, I think 19.7 is slighlty below average?

      wingspan about 178~180cm.. <-- forgot to mention. quite long.
      and ur right, bmi is in norms but below average.

      hmm.. i do feel very powerful for my weight i guess. just not sure if i could optimize it by gaining a bit more weight.. (chicken legs and core aren't big/strong)

      i really dont understand the science in muscles and would love it if someone could explain it to me.

      i have skinny chicken legs, but have explosiveness/hops better than ppl lighter than me, heavier than me (that i know personally). so my question is: should i gain more core/leg muscles? will it make my power more efficient or will the the disadvantage be greater?
