Your posts always talk about manny accepting but they never mention the time involved. You post as if manny is just been willing to do anything. That's far from the truth. Manny gives in because he is the smaller earner-same way people give in to manny who earn less than him.

Again 40 mil is fair for manny based on the way his deal is srtuctured. You act as if floyd and manny are equals. They are not. Manny is a tr employee and as such has financial responsibilities to them that to a degree limits or caps his earnings.

Floyd does deserve more than manny. He deserves more because he took the risk to create the contract he has . If the fight makes 200 nmil then hey floyd gets over just like odh did on floyd. You are wrong about Floyd deserving "ALL PPV MONEY".
1) Oscar was both boxer and promoter and was huge.
2) Floyd required that fight to become big and be more of a household name. Even non boxing fans knew Oscar back then but not as many knew Floyd
3) Oscar was a big PPV draw. Floyd was just starting (PPV) and was NOT!!! Very important to note!


Floyd has done better than Manny but Manny is also a big draw. You can't compare this to when Floyd fought Oscar. Not the same thing!



At 9:30 mark - Floyd was already saying that he deserves more. This is a guy that just came back from retirement and where Floyd vs Marquez generated less than Manny vs Cotto. Manny was #1 P4P AND made more than Floyd that year! Yet Manny was OK with 50/50 and wasn't talking like Floyd.

A film star might make 10 million a movie, but if he wants to take a film part that is offering less money the film star would be willing to take a pay cut as he badly wants the part. If Floyd wants Pac, he should be willing to give Pac 99% of the money if that is what it takes to get Pac in the ring. Floyd should be desperate to fight Pac. Pac is the one with the reputation for fighting and for being great. Floyd is the one known for taking career breaks and ducking fighter.s

In your 2nd post you illustrate my point. Manny took forever to accept. In yoir mind hey that's ok because its manny. In the real world no one gets that much time to deside. So then as soon as floyd gets tired of a 5 1/2 month wait then he says **** it and says the offer is off the table. Then manny accepts. Manny is your hero and you hate floyd. Cool. But manny only deserves what he's earned no more no less. Manny surely didn't give cotto an offer for a rematch that factored oin miguels heart and soul etcetc. Why you think manny should have these things factored in is ridiculous.

The reason manny talks about floyd is because he wants to make as much money as possible and he knows, as do you, that a floyd fight is the most lucrative out there. You guys are so used to boxers that earn less than manny begging hin to fight.when floyd was retired you guys saw manny at the top and salivatedm !ut as soon as floyd came back manny went back to his rightful spot as the #2 guy in the sport.
