    weekly schedule
if there are no other appointments scheduled such as sparing at another gym, early mornings, early afternoons and evenings are spent by Martinez working through four diffrent sessions.

session 1 waking up at 4 and running 5 miles or biking on steep hills for an hour begins the first 4 sessions of training. if his knees and hips feel good then Martinez will run sprint intervals. the distance varies but an hour is spent running as fast as possible.
