It's not taking into account population sizes. Monaco has the highest per capita.

Roughly 36 thousand people living there. And they have no Income Tax, so they're doing something right.

However I don't like that their Govt. has a monopoly on certain companies, but still not bad.

Only the lazy ones who don't even try. Women just pop out kids for gov't checks. They want their kids to be diagnosed as special needs cuz it means they get more money.
