Current WBF World middleweight champion and WBO World ranked Les “Lock N Load” Sherrington today shifted his training camp and training partners from Toowoomba to the Gold Coast ahead of his title fight on Friday.
Sherrington, who will take on Japanese star Shigetaka Yonezawa on September 20 at Southport sharks on the Gold Coast for the WBC Asian Boxing Council middleweight title, today said that “My preparation for this fight has been better than any other and I’ve shifted my training partners, Brayd Smith, Jack Asis, Will Young and Darren Askew into camp with me for the final leg of my journey, to keep me sharp and aware come fight night.
