So Klitschko and Fury fought with the IBF's blessing under false pretenses, as Klitschko and Fury had absolutely no intention of keeping their promise to the IBF in the event that Fury won.
I know champions getting immediate rematches when they lose is typical these days, but for a long time it was strictly forbidden and all of the sanctioning bodies have rules against immediate rematches.
There is absolutely no reason for the IBF to grant Fury a voluntary defense against Klitschko when the previous promise was not kept.
