Roy from 160 to 199. Hands down. He was greased lighting. I met him during the 88 Olympics and again 15 years later. He was in another universe in his prime.

Now lets add Sugar Ray Leonard to the list of everyone from 140 to 154 and he does the same thing. There is no one in that weight range who would have beaten Leonard. No one! You can throw in every top Welterweight from the Simon Brown/Curry/Starling era to the Oscar/Trinidad era too and he tops them all.
