Besides he already has a way out of the contract. The fact that Rigo is avoiding testing at every turn and is forging documents when the fight is less than 2 months away.
Oh, no? lol That's a very naive statement, to say the least. I suppose technically you're right, though: a fighter could choose to derail his career and/or get his pants sued off. Arum will "persuade" Donaire to go through with this fight, if need be.

In the other thread, where we also exchanged posts, Arum is quoted as saying that Rigo signed the VADA application in front of him. I don't know what this business about "forgery" is about. You have both fighters' promoter as an eyewitness to the signing.

    • Nonito is right, and Rigo should be on Nonito's nuts for even having the chance 2 fight Nonito.

It's only because of this age of ducking that you feel the way you do! Since when has one champion of a major alphabet title had to stalk another champion to unify the division???? Donaire and his followers like to say what has Rigo done to deserve this fight? He only has 11 pro fights blah blah blah....Find me another professional boxer who is a champion with less than 15 fights! Thats a testament to how good Rigo is, once a fighter has a belt you don't have an excuse to duck him. Mares was the only other fight to be made in the division, if he didn't fight Rigo or Mares the only acceptable thing for Donaire to do would've been to move up in weight. Nothing else would be sufficient(Darchiniyan rematch). Rigo shouldn't have to beg another champion to unify, thats ridiculous. He's treating Rigo like he doesn't have a belt! Most fighters aren't ready for a title shot until after atleast 20 pro fights, due to Rigo's extensive amature career (over 300 fights and Olympic Gold medalist) he was ready for a title shot sooner than the average professional boxer and he capitalized. But Donaire wants to penalize him for being too good too soon by saying he needs to prove more....pathetic

          • Donaire already signed the papers, ready to be test and he's ducking? If Rigo is clean then why is he acting like a closet gay on this one?

                • ***** Rigo better send in his contract filled in. How can they do random tests if they don't know where you are. Full In address idiot.

                    • Rigo just gave up a once in a lifetime $750k payday because he didn't want to give out his whereabouts today. This is hilarious.

Rigo just failed the VADA test. He refused to give up his location so he couldn't get tested. It's as simple as that.
