anyways he did retire and its hard not to think that it had something to do with being in a great division with very tough competition, he doesnt retire and fights/beats those guys than he is hands down an all time great.

on HBO 2006 review they put PACQUIAO as number 1
at OSCAR vs FRAUD JR. press conference there would people that say to FRAUD that PACQUIAO is number 1 p4p.
