    Floyd Mayweather Jr., who is training for his September 17 battle with WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz, once again discussed the possibility of facing Manny Pacquiao in 2012. The two camps continue to have a verbal dispute as to which side is avoiding the fight. While Pacquiao, and his promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank, state there are no issues holding back the fight, Mayweather holds his position that Pacquiao is avoiding the contracted agreement of subjecting himself to a pre-fight protocol for Olympic-style drug testing to detect performance enhancing drugs.

          That's a legitimate question many of us are wondering. Who are we talking to, who is releasing all these statements, who is really in control, or makes the choices for Manny? Is it Arum or Manny?
