I was watching Mayweather-Gatti earlier, and man that was a good example of a one-sided fight. Gatti was getting his ass taxed God rest his soul.

The most one-sided championship fight of all time is Bernard Hopkins vs. Steve Frank. First round knockout with Frank not landing a single punch.
However, I feel like a truly one-sided fight has to go a few rounds.
De La Hoya-Gatti
De La Hoya-Mayorga
Mayweather-Gatti
Mayweather-Corrales
Calzaghe-Lacy
Pacquiao-Diaz
Pacquiao-De La Hoya
Toney-Barkley
Side note: Mayweather-Corrales is the only fight I've ever seen where one guy lands more punches than the other guy throws.
EDIT: How in the hell did I forget my favorite fight of all time? Mosley-Margarito.
