Kalle Sauerland is angry at the WBA for declaring a 75-25 purse split, but glad the WBA has mandated the contract for a Klitschko-Povetkin fight between now an July 31 must be signed by Feb 28.
Wladimir will likely have a voluntary defense on April 6 to satisy his TV contract with RTL, and then fight Povetkin in July.

The author guesses it may be the Cuban Luis Ortiz (19-0, age 33), since he is WBA #2 and has no promotional issues. Ortiz is a big man at 6'4" and has a strong amateur background. But Ortiz is relatively unknown in Europe, so it's not the best business decision.
Hopefully we'll know more by the end of this week.

Fury was willing to do it, but his promoter Henessey and his trainer Peter Fury turned it down when it was offered by K-2.
Same situation with Bryant Jennings.
Bryant was willing to take the fight, but his promoter said "not yet".
Last year Denis Boytsov was offered the November fight ahead of Wach, but although Boytsov was willing, his promoter Klutch said "no".
