    Bringing home the bacon

Some great choices but feel free to add who you want to play them.

I also feel that Terry Downes would be a great movie. Very funny character with a really interesting story.

First African American world champ; considered one of the best of his era; considered way before his time, and a transitionary figure with regards to his technique and tactics; died young while still more or less at the top at the age of 35; influenced many fighters.

Joe Gans has a lot of things to tell.

I don't know who could play him though.

Joe Grim for sheer comedic value.

A decent movie on Schmeling, I read the review for the actual one and it got 4.7/10 or something.

One of them avoided folks like Langford, include all the folklore in it as well and you have a 10 film series the amount of stuff that guy did.

Joe Gans a great one, although i dont know about Robinson, if the movie was to be candid it might hurt ppls view of him.
What about a decent one on Louis though? and Jack Johnson movie would be brilliant.

Yeah the domestic violence scene is going to be a nasty one, same with Louis if they show the whole beating over a golf score incident.

These things are insights into the men and cannot be ignored if the movie is about the person rather than the career.

I think Sam Langford life story would make a great movie.
