The modern cards are even more impressive since there are more stations around today and it's harder to reach those mega numbers.
        1. Gushiken vs Rios 43 million
        2. Koki vs Naito 43 million
        3. Koki vs Randaeta 42 million
        4. Golden Dragon High-hyun vs Gushiken 41 million
        5. Tatsuyoshi vs Yakushiji 39 million
        6. Tyson vs Douglas 38 million
        7. Gushiken vs Vargas 38 million
        8. Flores vs Gushiken 36 million
        9. All Kameda bros card 33 million
        10. Barukasu vs Gushiken 32 million

Those are some seriously impressive numbers. The top one would mean roughly a third of Japan was watching it.

Because their country has billions of people? Not surprising lol, shame no good boxers have come from there, their race must suck as sports.

was going to just call you stupid but I'll just laugh and say you're just jelly that MMA died in Japan and boxing stomped on its grave.

Japan just like Germany is home to the largest number of paper champs.

Might be so but at least their culture supports boxing. Hence, even half way around the globe boxing is still alive and well.

If this was on free TV so what?

I bet any Pac or Mayweather fight would pull double maybe even triple those numbers if put on network TV.

Kameda is like Japan's Mayweather in terms of raking in views.
