Oscar's english and spanish are both flawless.

I am like that too. Speak and write both flawlessly. Don't know anyone like that in person either, usually people lean more one way or the other.

I was born in the USA but was raised in my childhood in south america, spoke Spanish at home even in the USA, and did my high school/secundaria in south america.

College only in English, but I still consider my proficiency equal with possible a very slight english advantage but far from noticable in everyday interactions etc.
