I was on boxing scene my comp suddenly froze like a mothafooka and then boom out of nowhere this **** came up...

I get that, only way to get off of it is to CTRL-ALT-DEL and close the browser.

restart your computer...then hit F8 and work in safe mode

that's why i either use iphone
or set my computer internet to high security before visiting this site..

go to your task manager, and under processes, find the file that is the .exe of the app/virus and kill it

then do a search for the file with windows, not just .exe but all file types and remove

run your virus scan THEN and reboot following

you're good

i've done it a million times at work and with inlaws.... ****s been going around for a couple years now...

first saw it as AV2009 and similar
