NOOB mistake to base Toney/Lebedev on Jones/Lebedev

Toney has had a year to shed what is the equivalent of 1lb a week, he is working with Amir Assaid.
I've seen footage of him on the pads, even bags which he don't use, doing plyometrics, sparring etc and Toney looks sharp.

Lebedevs sparring = Wayne Braithwaite who is nothing like Toney & floored Lebedev heavily to the point Tyszu had to stop it.

My 50mil to yours, I'm picking Toney.

Yet he coudnt even sustain an avg weight through the last 8 years of his career. The guy puts on weight fast and easily... He has struggled everyday to not just maintain his weight at 43 but to consistently drop over 60 lbs week in and week out.

It doesnt matter if its a 1lb a week.

He couldnt even MAINTAIN his weight through EIGHT years.

really?? i saw some footage of the two sparring, is it in that same video?

only thing holding me back from going all in on toney is the weight loss, but i followed the leadup to the couture fight and since then and he really seemed to have remotivated himself to training in a new way. even going into the shamrock farce, he was working out hard then too.

Did you hear in the first video that he's been training for 4 months now, which is pleasing to my ear. He's now training 3 times a day, and each session last 2.5 hours, which is not bad from our boy Toney!
