Who wants to be threatened with a bottle and called all sorts of racist slurs just for riding the train? Nobody cares what he thinks, that doesnt mean you want to sit there and listen to him.

To be fair I do see what you mean. This video was probably the worst one, mainly because of the threats. but there seems to be this big thing at the moment of posting youtube videos of idiots sitting down on the bus prattling on with complete bull****, making racist remarks. Then people begin facebook and youtube crusades and act like it's a matter for the Hague human rights courts. It always just seems to undermine real far reaching cases of racism. Getting shocked and overly emotional about drunk elderly or clinically ******ed chavs having a rant about immigrants at somebody with a smartphone is just over dramatic. All of us have likely had racist remarks made at us, it's a pretty serious issue.But if it's by somebody who is clearly a bum or mentally irregular isn't it easier to laugh at it and get on with your life?

I agree. Drunken idiots on trains and buses happens all the time. Violent threats happen quite often, but if anyone uses a racist term its headline news.
And the trouble is, we all know there is still a major problem with racism, yet the political correctness thing is really just used as a rug to sweep 'bad words' under. This guy will probably be found and arrested, and fined, but will he and the huge number of people with his bigoted views get any closer to understanding why language like that is wrong? I dont believe so. Political correctness just censors racist language, but the problem is still there.

This idiot doesnt think he is a racist. And that is so typical among racists. They dont understand why certain terms are offensive, and everyone now is so quick to condemn, people are afraid to have open honest discussions.
