And im hooked! I love it and I have felt overall better on my lift days. I hate the diet though, no more good tasting food or mt dew Even though Ive only been lifting for a little over a month ive already made great gains in strength. Anyone else here a serious lifter? And if so, what stuff do you take, like NO explode/Jacked ect.
I get high before lifting all the time now and have been getting stronger and way bigger than I did before I started smoking and lifting.
Anyway one piece of advice I would give to any rookie lifter out there. Avoid the military press especially with dumbbells and especially if there's no spotter present. Shoulders and lower backs are easily the most injured body parts, that's where chiros make their money. So no dead lifts either and no squats. It's just that the risks of these 3 exercises far outweigh the benefits.
Who says you can't eat what you want? If you eat 5-6 healthy meals a day you can eat ANY SORT OF JUNK FOOD YOU WANT 4 times a week. 10 percent of your meals can be complete and utter crap if you are diligent and eat 5-6 healthy meals per day.
