  • Decided to start training boxing, some questions to ask.

Hello guys, I have few questions to ask about equipment
needed in boxing. What is a good brand for boxing gloves/shoes/mouthpiece and handwraps? Im looking for something that is good quality and isnt that expensive, my limit would be like 100 euros for gloves. And what kind of gloves do i need for starters? Btw i live in the europe so if somebody could recommend me a site for boxing equipment it would be helpful.

    Thanks.

I'm pretty satisfied with my Nike Machomai's for shoes.

As for gloves you probably aren't gonna be able to get anything badass for only 100 Euros. I'd get some 14 or 16 oz training that also double as bag gloves. I actually really liked the Everlast Protex 2's

    Handwrap brand doesn't really matter.

If you are just starting any trainer worth a damn isn't gonna let you spar so soon so I wouldn't worry about a mouthpiece either.

I've always been very pleased with Ringside gloves for the quality and value. Certainly not as expensive as Reyes or Grant, and the quality is pretty good. Get 16oz as they will work for bag work and sparring.
