I actually agree here. Mikey is way to big for him, it just shows how good Mares really is having to keep going up to find the fights he wants.

I want to see Mikey vs Gamboa and Rocky first to be honest.

I've given up on Gamboa being relevant anymore, there was a time the Cuban was verging on being p4p, those days are long gone now, it's not only sad for Gamboa but sad for the sport.

I like Mares but I think Garcia is a bad matchup for him.

Garcia is just so technically good. Mares would have to really test Garcia's mettle. People have said Garcia doesn't really love boxing but he just happens to be good at it. So Mares would have to impose his will. I favor Garcia but damn this is a matchup that I hope happens in the future.

I used to take a complete **** on Mares, but I have total respect for the kid now. He wants Garcia who is a beast himself. I know that I won't ever doubt Mares again. Love the kid. I think 126 will be good for Mares.
