I didn't do sh-t actually. I downloaded a cbr file, don't know what that is but it didn't work.

You downloaded a "comic book reader file" you need a reader for it.

If you want to read #104 now .... just make that .cbr file a priority and it will download first.
Also, .cbr are compressed .rar files ... if you have winrar\7-zip, just change the extension to .rar and extract the images.
